Sorry folks - the last two posts, both on the Eurovision spectacle, were wiped out by a Blogger system outage Friday.

Lonely Planet eBook

Many months ago, a group of Lonely Planet bloggers started compiling photos about some of our favorite places around the planet.

Around the World with 40 Lonely Planet Bloggers is the result, and it's inspiring, cool, and free.

My own contribution (p.28-29) was inspired by a love of the sun and the places within cities where you can find your own little place in it.
